Team Orders: How Coaches Can Outfit a Whole Room by Email

Outfitting twenty wrestlers is a different job from buying one pair. Sizes change mid-season, budgets are fixed, and half the room doesn't know their real shoe size. Here's how we handle team orders by email so nobody ends up wrestling in the wrong pair.
Step 1 — Send us your roster sizes
Email us a list of names with street shoe sizes and approximate weight classes. Don't worry about converting to wrestling sizes — we do that per model, because a Nike Inflict fits differently from an Adidas Combat Speed.
Step 2 — Pick one or two models for the room
Team orders go smoothest when everyone is in the same model. For most school teams we suggest a durable, forgiving mid-price shoe: the Adidas Combat Speed 5 for its wide fit, the ASICS Matflex 7 for budget-friendly first years, or the Nike Takedown 4 for youth rooms. Tell us your budget per wrestler and we'll point you at the right tier.
Step 3 — We confirm stock and one total
We check availability across all sizes before you commit, then reply with a single confirmed total including shipping to the school or club. No surprises, no partial orders showing up in three waves.
Step 4 — One delivery, one contact
The whole order ships to one address and you deal with the same person throughout. If a size doesn't fit when the box arrives, email us and we sort it out.
Tips from rooms we've supplied
Order two weeks before the first practice, not two days. Have every wrestler trace their foot on paper — centimeters beat guesses. And keep one spare pair in a common size (usually a 9 or 10) for the kid whose shoes blow out the week of a dual.
