Refund Policy

30-day no-hassle returns and exchanges.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Shoes must be unworn (mat use included), in original packaging, with all tags attached.

How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label (US) or shipping instructions (international).
  3. Drop the package off — refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colorway? Exchanges are free within the US. We'll ship the new pair as soon as the original is in transit back to us.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing can take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement.

Defects & damage

All shoes are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against material and stitching defects. Contact us with photos and we'll replace defective pairs free of charge.

Non-returnable items

Shoes that have been worn outside the mat, customized, or marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
