How Ordering by Email Works at Wrestling Shoes Home

Our shop works differently from a typical online store: you order by email. That means a real person confirms your size, availability and total price before you pay anything. Here's the whole process.
Step 1 — Pick your shoe
Browse the shop and open the product page of the pair you want. Every page shows the exact model, the colorway, the price and photos of the actual pair for sale.
Step 2 — Tap 'Order by Email'
The button on every product page opens your email app with a pre-filled message: product name, size, colorway and quantity. Add your shipping address and any questions, then send.
Step 3 — We confirm everything
We reply to confirm the pair is available, that the size is right for the model you picked, and the total price including shipping to your address. Nothing is charged before this.
Step 4 — Pay and we ship
Once you confirm, we arrange payment and ship your pair. You deal with the same person from first email to delivery.
Why email instead of a checkout?
Wrestling shoe sizing is tricky and stock on rare models moves fast. Email ordering means you never pay for a pair that's sold out, never guess a size, and always know the full cost upfront. It's slower by a few hours and safer by a mile.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to order by email?
Yes. You never pay before we confirm availability, size and the total price in writing. You deal with a real person the whole way.
How fast do you reply to order emails?
We answer order emails as quickly as we can, usually the same day. Include your size and shipping address so we can confirm everything in one reply.
